Rekordhøy innvandring i 2012

Nettoinnvandringen til Norge var 47 300 i 2012 og har aldri vært høyere. De siste seks årene er samlet nettoinnvandring på 258 400, omtrent tre ganger mer enn den forrige seksårsperioden.

 

Hvor kommer de største gruppene fra?

Blant alle immigrantene i 2012 kom 63 prosent fra Europa. Polske og litauiske statsborgere er de to klart største gruppene, og utgjorde i alt halvparten av de europeiske statsborgerne som flyttet til Norge.

Nettoinnvandringen av ikke-europeiske statsborgere vokste fra 13 200 i 2011 til 17 800 i fjor, en økning på 35 prosent.

Hvor bor innflytterne?

Nettoinnvandringen var særlig stor i Rogaland og Hordaland med 10 900, opp fra 8 200 året før. Deretter kom Oslo og Akershus med 10 600, som var ned fra 14 300 året før.

Nettoinnvandring fra utlandet veier opp for innenlandsk flyttetap og fødselsunderskudd. Uten innvandringsoverskuddet ville folketallet ha gått tilbake i åtte av landets fylker, og mest i Nordland og Oppland.

Lønnskostnader

Lønnskostnadene i Norge ligger nå 60 prosent høyere enn EU-landene, sammenliknet med 20 prosent for syv år siden. I noen tilfeller blir forskjellen ekstrem. Mens en industriarbeider koster sin arbeidsgiver 308 NOK per time i Norge, er den komparative kostnaden til en industriarbeider i Polen kun 38 NOK, og da er tallene justert for ulikheter i sykelønnsordningen, feriedager, arbeidsgiveravgift og andre kostnader.

Nye investeringer?

Lønnsnivået i industrien kan forklare hvorfor en del produksjonsbedrifter i Norge flytter utenlands, ikke minst til Polen. Men SSB forventer tross dette at det blir gjort investeringer i Norge, også utenom oljesektoren. Så det er ingen grunn til å forvente avtakende innvandring i de kommende årene.

Approved courses >

Approved courses

You can get registered a maximum of 12 hours per week. Of all the completed and approved hours, 1/6 has to include supervision from your online teacher. The supervision can be realized through Skype sessions, phone calls, written or oral feedback.

All our approved courses can be extended. The certificate you recieve after completing the course, can be used as documentation in conjuction with application for permanent residency in Norway.

Online teacher

At the start of the course you will be assigned a online teacher who will help you with the Norwegian language instruction.

All of the course packages from CampusOnline.no include supervised sessions with experienced online teachers.

Self-study course >

Course as self-study

During a self-study course you work on your own using the interactive e-learning program. You can use all functions within the program, but you will not be able to send completed tasks and assignments to online teacher. The certificate you recieve after completing the course cannot be used in conjuction with application for permanent residency in Norway.

You can at any time purchase online tutoring sessions with an online teacher.

Corporate customers >

Corporate customers

We provide packages with approved Norwegian language courses for corporate customers.

Included in the course packages are regular reporting and follow-up. The person responsible for the courses in the company will receive reports throughout the course with up-to-date information about the students’ progress and results.

Course format

Once you have sent in your registration form, you will receive a confirmation in an e-mail, which also contains your username and password, and information about your course.

If you are unsure about which level to choose, we recommend that you take the Norwegian language test. You can work with the course when you like and at your own pace. You will work with multimedia texts containing intricately connected texts, images, videos, explanations of words and assignments.

Technical requirements

You need a computer with a sound card and must be sure that the computer has an Internet connection with enough capacity to allow transfer of the course contents, including the multimedia elements.
